Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Montana Charles C. Lovell, District Judge, Presiding.
Before PREGERSON, CANBY and LEAVY, Circuit Judges.
Charles Roy Randall appeals his conviction by guilty plea and sentence for conspiracy to possess and distribute methamphetamine. His counsel submitted a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), and a motion to withdraw as counsel of record.
Our independent review of the record discloses no issues for review. Accordingly, we grant counsel's motion to withdraw and affirm the district court's judgment.
