Appeals from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, at Alexandria. Albert V. Bryan, Jr., Chief District Judge. (CA-89-785-A, CA-89-1072-A)

Donald Q. Walls, appellant pro se.

Dennis Edward Szybala, Assistant United States Attorney, Alexandria, Va., Raymond Thomas Lee, III, Office of Civilian Personnel Management, United States Navy, Arlington, Va., for appellees.

E.D.Va.

AFFIRMED.

Before SPROUSE, CHAPMAN and WILKINS, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

1

Donald Q. Walls appeals from the district court's orders dismissing one of his employment discrimination suits for untimeliness and granting summary judgment for the defendant in the other.1 Our review of the record and the district court's opinions discloses that these appeals are without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court.2 Walls v. Ball, CA-89-785-A (E.D.Va. Sept. 8, 1989); Walls v. Garrett, CA-89-1072-A (E.D.Va. Oct. 27, 1989). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

2

AFFIRMED.

1

These two suits were consolidated on appeal

2

Since Walls never moved to recuse the district court judge, we need not consider his allegations of ex parte communication between the Assistant United States Attorney and the district court judge
