Honey Grove is a small North Central Texas town,containing a total land area of approximately 1,972.8 acres, and located roughly 16 miles east of Bonham, 39 miles north of Greenville, 42 miles east of Sherman, and 90 miles northeast of the Central Business District of Dallas. Honey Grove was developed on flat to gently rolling terrain with scattered trees. Situated in east Fannin County the City is at an elevation ranging from approximate 580 to 690 feet above sea level.
