Quitman is a city in Cleburne and Faulkner counties in the U.S. state of Arkansas. Its population was 714 at the 2000 census. Due to its partial location in Faulkner County, it is part of the Little Rock–North Little Rock–Conway Metropolitan Statistical Area.

What is utilities law?

Public utilities provide electric, gas, water or telephone service to customers in a specified area.
