¶1Order [granting counsel fees] unanimously affirmed with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondent. No opinion. Order entered March 15, 1956, unanimously modified so as to eliminate the provisions thereof adjudging defendant in contempt and fining him (see Polizotti v. Polizotti, 305 N.
