¶1To compel the payment to relator, who was the controller of the city of Detroit, and by the charter made ex officio a member of the board of estimates, of the per diem allowed by the charter for attendance upon the sessions of said board.
¶2The circuit judge granted the writ. Reversed, with costs, Dec. 4, 1895.
