¶1It was determined by the Court that the proviso in the Act of 1785, 2, 548, relates only to the cases mentioned in that act, and operates as an exception to that act only; therefore, as from actions of debt, an appeal lay by 2, 1777, 2, 82, 348, it was not in the purview of this act.
