¶1ADJUDGED, that a condition to avoid an estate shall be taken strictly. 32 Eliz. A man gave lands to his wife during the minority of her son, on condition that she should not make waste. She took husband, and he made waste. It is not a breach of the condition. Dy. 46 and 6.
