¶1We are entirely satisfied that the surrogate was authorized to make the disposition that he has made of this case, under section 2606 of the Code, and that there was no necessity for making any other persons parties than the persons who were before him.
¶2The order must he affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements.
