¶1ActioN of trover.- Tbe deposition of a woman wbo lived within twenty miles of tbe court, tbat bad a child of a month old, dangerously sick so tbat tbe mother could not leave it to attend court, was taken, and objected against as not coming within tbe statute; but by tbe court, was admitted upon tbe ground tbat it came within tbe reason of tbe statute.
