¶1On reading the certificate from the justices of the Court of common pleas, ordered, that it be referred to the master to state and report the account between complain-a51+ an¿ defendant, charging complainant with the nett proceeds of the goods, sold by him for defendant, and charging the defendant with the value of the rum shipped to him by complainant, as found by the verdict on the issue at law, which was directed by the court,
