¶1In this case the court under special circumstances, decreed, that “ the defendant should have a lien in nature of a mortgage on a house and lot, (of complainants,) for the balance, if any, which might be due him on a settlement of accounts between the parties;” which accounts were referred to the master. — Each party to pay his own costs.
