¶1In the opinion handed down in this matter on April 7, 1941, it was inadvertently stated that the appeal was taken herein by Philip Alfonso, one of the defendants, whereas the record reveals that Philo Melerine, the other defendant, joined in the appeal.
¶2It is therefore ordered that the opinion herein be and it is corrected so as to read that the appeal was prosecuted by Philip Alfonso and Philo Melerine, the defendants and appellants in the cause.
