This was an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Charlottesville, affirming the judgment of the County Court of Charlotte, upon a bond given for the forthcoming of property taken under execution.

By the Court.

¶1The law. requires that the execution should be described in the condition of the bond which not being sufficiently *done in this case, in the instances mentioned at the bar the judgment is erroneous.

¶2Judgment must be reversed, and the motion of the appellee on the said bond overruled — The bond and execution quashed.
