¶1Order unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondent, with leave, however, to appellant to move, within 20 days after service of a copy of the order entered herein with notice of entry thereof, to vacate preclusion order upon new papers including a proposed full bill of particulars satisfying the demand ignored and a detailed affidavit of merits by the plaintiff.
