¶1ON REHEARING.

SULLIVAN, J. —

¶2A petition for a rehearing has been filed in this matter and carefully considered by fee court. We find no new points raised in the petition that were not passed upon in the opinion in the case, and after a careful reconsideration of the matter and an examination of the authorities, we are satisfied with the conclusion reached in the original opinion. A rehearing is therefore denied.
