Brockman v. Bowman

¶1Where a bill is filed by creditors to avoid the alienation of a deceased person for fraud, his executor or administrator is a necessary party; and if the Court should set aside the conveyance, it will order the property to be delivered to the executor or administrator, to be applied in due course of administration. The suing creditors are not entitled to have their demands paid out of the property, in preference to others.
