People v. Davis

¶1I do not believe that the extensive cross-examination of the defendant as to his drug habit was justified. However, in my opinion the defendant received a fair trial. There could be no real question as to defendant’s guilt. Moreover, as the majority points out, there was no objection so as to require review on this issue by us. Under these circumstances, I believe that the judgment below should be affirmed.
