¶1The petition for belated appeal is granted. A copy of this opinion shall be filed with the trial court and be treated as the notice of appeal from the order denying his motion for post-conviction relief in case nos. 02-0854-CF-52 and 02-1018-CF-52 entered November 30, 2011 and amended January 19, 2012, in the Circuit Court in and for Putnam County, Florida. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(6)(D).
