““This court has appellate jurisdiction ‘in cases involving title to real estate.’ It has been the constant ruling, under this clause of the constitution, that cases having for their sole object the enforcement of tax bills and mechanics’ liens, and the foreclosure of mortgages, do not involve the title to real estate.
