Jules v. Tucker

¶1Inasmuch as the lower tribunal has rendered a final order disposing of the proceeding below, the petition for writ of mandamus is dismissed as moot. This disposition is without prejudice to petitioner’s right to pursue his appellate remedies in the pending appeal of the lower tribunal’s final order.
