MORROW, Presiding Judge.

¶1The offense is aggravated assault; penalty assessed at a fine'of $50.

¶2Upon an indictment charging an assault with intent to murder; the appellant was convicted of an aggravated assault.

¶3The record is before us without statement of facts or bills of exception, in the absence of which nothing is presented for review.

¶4The'judgment is affirmed.
