People v. Miranda

¶1— Judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Slavin, J.), rendered June 11, 1981, affirmed. H Reading the charge in its entirety, we find that the jury was properly instructed on the law. In any event, trial counsel failed to object to those portions of the charge which are now claimed to be improper. We have considered the other contention and find it to be without merit. Niehoff, J. P., Boyers, Lawrence and Eiber, JJ., concur.
