¶1Affirmed. See Coppola v. State, 938 So.2d 507 (Fla.2006) (finding defendant not entitled to relief under Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620 (Fla.2000) where defendant’s sentence was the result of a negotiated plea for a specific term of years, rather than a sentence premised upon the validity of the sentencing guidelines).
