Hirt v. State

¶1 Conviction is for manslaughter with punishment assessed at two years in the penitentiary.

¶2 Appellant files request under oath that the appeal in this case be dismissed.

¶3 In compliance therewith it is accordingly so ordered.

¶4 Dismissed.
