¶1We reverse the circuit court’s December 7, 2011, order dismissing Count 1 of the information against Appellee for possession of a controlled substance under section 893.13(6)(a), Florida ■ Statutes (2011), and we remand this case to the circuit court for further proceedings. See State v. Adkins, 96 So.3d 412 (Fla.2012).
¶2Reversed and remanded.
