MORROW, Presiding Judge.

¶1Robbery is the offense; penalty assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for twenty years.

¶2The indictment appears regular. The record is before this court without statement of facts or bills of exception, in the absence of which nothing is presented for review.

¶3The judgment is affirmed.
