MURPHY, Judge,

¶1concurring.

¶2I agree with everything in Judge Harrell’s opinion, but wish to underscore that the holding in Part III does not prohibit the imposition of a sentence that includes a full credit for any home detention that preceded the sentence. If the sentencing judge decides that it is appropriate to do so, he or she may grant a day-for-day credit to a defendant who had been placed on home detention as a condition of pretrial release.
