¶1Having determined that appellant’s notice of appeal failed to timely invoke the Court’s jurisdiction, the appeal is hereby dismissed. Any remedy appellant may have lies with the lower tribunal. In light of the dismissal, appellee’s Motion to Dismiss, filed on December 13, 2012, is denied as moot.
