People v. Mussoline

¶1Two judgments of the County Court, Nassau County (Santagata, J.), both rendered July 8, 1983, affirmed (see, People v Pleban, 108 AD2d 880).

¶2This case is remitted to the County Court, Nassau County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (5). Gibbons, J. P., Thompson, Weinstein and Brown, JJ., concur.
