¶1I agree that the matters published in the pamphlet did not constitute criminal contempt. I do not think it constituted *407 any contemptuous action, or in any way cast reflections or aspersions on the court. It seems clear to me that the statements cited were directed at the mayor and his policies, and were not intended as references to the court or the conduct of its business. I therefore concur.
