¶1— Application by the ap*999pellant for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated January 11, 2011 (.People v Davis, 80 AD3d 623 [2011]), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 6, 2008.
¶2Ordered that the application is denied.
¶3The appellant has failed to establish that he was denied the effective assistance of appellate counsel (see Jones v Barnes, 463 US 745 [1983]; People v Stultz, 2 NY3d 277 [2004]). Eng, EJ., Chambers, Hall and Hinds-Radix, JJ., concur.
