Applies 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Civil Rights Act of 1871 / Section 1983 (Ku Klux Klan Act))

Decided 2001-06-08

PER CURIAM.

¶1 Kevin Coleman appeals the district court’s order denying relief without prejudice on his 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983 (West Supp. 2000) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court’s opinion accepting the magistrate judge’s recommendation and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Coleman v. South Carolina Dep’t of Corr., No. CA-00-3595-1020BD (D.S.C. filed Jan. 4, 2001; entered Jan. 5, 2001). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

¶2 AFFIRMED.
