MALLARD, Chief Judge.

¶1The record on appeal was not docketed in the Court of Appeals within the time allowed by the rules and no extension of time was granted. For failure to docket the record on appeal within the time permitted under the rules, the case is subject to dismissal.

¶2However, we have carefully considered each of the defendant’s assignments of error and find no prejudicial error in the trial.

¶3No error.

Judges Parker and Vaughn concur.
