¶2PER CURIAM.

¶3IjAt the request of the defendants, we grant rehearing to clarify our original opinion in one respect only. From our de novo review of the record, we agree with the trial court’s finding that all of the plaintiffs were at-will employees of Gram-bling State University. There are no other changes to our original opinion.
