¶1Conviction for selling intoxicating liquor; punishment, one year in the penitentiary.
¶2Upon his plea of guilty, appellant was adjudged guilty, and'the record is brought here without any bills of exception or statement of facts. Everything pertaining to the trial seems regular.
¶3No error appearing, the judgment is affirmed.
