¶1Defendant challenges his conviction for attempted arson in the second degree. We have reviewed the contentions with respect thereto and find them to be without merit (see, People v Trepanier, 84 AD2d 374). Gibbons, J. P., Bracken, O’Connor and Brown, JJ., concur.
