¶1The conviction is for cattle theft; penalty assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for two years.
¶2The indictment appears regular and regularly presented. The facts heard upon the trial are not brought forward for review. No • complaint of the rulings of the trial court has been presented by bills of exception.
¶3The judgment is affirmed.
