Mary Ann DuBerry appeals her sentence imposed following her guilty plea to theft and possession of stolen mail, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1708. Duberry's attorney has submitted a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and a motion to withdraw as counsel of record. Because our independent review of the record discloses no meritorious issues for review, counsel's motion to withdraw is GRANTED and the district court's judgment is
