¶1The defendant is not represented hy counsel in this court.

¶2There is no hill of exceptions or assignment of error in the record to show upon what defendant relies for a reversal of the judgment.

¶3The court has examined the record carefully, and does not find that any error has been committed to the prejudice of the defendant in the course of the trial.

¶4Judgment appealed from is therefore affirmed.
