PER CURIAM.

¶1We reverse the order granting Ronald Jackson’s motion to dismiss on the basis that section 898.13, Florida Statutes (2011), is unconstitutional. See State v. Adkins, 96 So.3d 412 (Fla.2012). We remand for further proceedings.

¶2Reversed and remanded.
