¶1Suit for salary earned during suspension. On plaintiff’s offer to compromise and settle the litigation, *726which was accepted by the defendant; and upon a stipulation entered into by the parties; and on the report of a commissioner recommending judgment in the agreed amount; judgment for the plaintiff was entered in the sum of $5,500.
