¶1Lease of land by Government for use as an artillery range; damages.
¶2In accordance with an offer of plaintiff to compromise, which was accepted by defendant, and a stipulation filed by the parties, and on the report of a commissioner recommending judgment for the agreed amount, judgment for the plaintiff was entered in the sum of $13,000.
