¶1Conviction is for driving an automobile on a public highway in Harrison -county, Tex., while appellant was under the influence of intoxicating liquor, punishment assessed being five days in jail and a fine of $250.
¶2The record contains neither bills of exception nor statement of facts. In this condition nothing is presented for review.
¶3The judgment is affirmed.
