¶2Jerry Ginn appeals the denial of his motion filed under Rule 29.15 for post-conviction relief. Concluding there is no basis for relief on appeal and the judgment should be affirmed, this court affirms the judgment by this summary order pursuant to Rule 84.16(b). A memorandum is furnished to the parties as to the basis for the ruling. Judgment is affirmed.
