¶1BY SUPREME COURT.

Per Curiam :

¶2The judgment of the trial court was correctly affirmed regardless of whether the testimony of C. A. Johnson was prohibited by Article 8690 of the Revised Statutes. The application for writ of error will therefore be dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
