¶2Upon a stipulation by the parties and a report of - a c'om-fnissioner of the court recommending judgment in the agreed amount on the authority of Stahel v. United States, 111 C. Cls. 682, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered in the sum of $483.01.
