¶1Upon consideration of the joint stipulation of counsel for the respective parties, it is
¶2Ordered that the appeal in this causé-commenced by notice of appeal filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Hernando County on July 3, 1959, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
