¶1The petition for belated appeal is granted. A copy of this opinion shall be filed with the trial court and be treated as the notice of appeal from the judgment and sentence for violation of probation in Case Nos.2009-CF-905; 2009-CF-1096; 2010-CF-336; and 2010-CF-425, in the Circuit Court in and for Citrus County, Florida. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.141 (e)(6)(D).
