MORROW, Presiding Judge.

¶1 Unlawfully selling intoxicating liquor is the offense; penalty, confinement in the penitentiary for one year.

¶2 The indictment appears regular. The facts heard by the trial court are not before us. No complaint of the ruling of the trial judge is brought forward by bill of exception or otherwise. No fundamental error has been perceived.

¶3 The judgment is affirmed.

¶4 Affirmed.

¶5 Hawkins, J., absent.
